Job Description

Role Purpose:
The purpose of the role is to be the day to day contact person and project manager for the assigned clients and/or projects. The Senior Manager, Digital Client Services (also known as Senior Account Manager) is key in delivering the right digital business solutions within the given budget and project deadlines.  The Senior Manager mentors the Account Manager and/or Account Executive(s), if any, and monitor their workload, as well as help develop their skill sets. The Senior Manager creates opportunity for strategy and business development for the existing accounts. The Senior Manager drives collaboration across Consider iProspect (CiP) and builds strong client relationships on a day to day basis.

Key Accountabilities: 
  • Deliver innovative and creative solutions to client briefs; 
  • Works collaboratively across CiP - and across network as needed – to perform all aspects of account management, including presentation to implementation, and delivery; 
  • Uses good knowledge of products and services to drive business value for clients and CiP. And executes these solutions through the planning process; 
  • Project manages clients’ communications plans including timelines and budget;
  • Acts as ‘gatekeeper’ for quality control; 
  • Provides accurate plan details and updates to clients; 
  • Manages team and client business to deliver KPIs e.g. service levels and accurately tracks costs; 
  • Provides accurate reports and actionable insights to clients;
  • Coordinates invoicing and payments process in line with contractual terms agreed; Oversees processes to ensure smooth financial operations; 
  • Reviews plans to drive greater margin and value through innovation and better and different ways of working;
  • Attends pitches (if appropriate);
  • Ability to identify needs that the client may not recognize and ensure that approaches and solutions are linked to objectives and future needs with the team;
  • Leads medium to medium plus size client accounts; 
  • Builds strong client relationship as a trusted advisor to client; 
  • Understands the uses and format of content utilized in each platform and how they may vary;
  • Sets example to juniors to keep abreast of current and future industry thinking and trends; 
  • Mentors Account managers and/or Executive by giving them feedback on the job and help them develop their skills;
  • Allocates resources to ensure timely delivery; 
  • Presents regularly both internally and to clients. 




Job Requirements

Professional Skills:
  • Good all-round client knowledge; 
  • Enthusiastic about forming relationships with new and existing clients;
  • Good overall knowledge of CiP products and services;
  • Good overall knowledge of digital platforms:
             o   At least 5 Google certifications including fundamentals and Analytics;
             o   Facebook Blueprint, Core and Planning certification (exam passed);
  • Ability to analyze numerical data and pull out reasonable and rational conclusions;
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbally;
  • Excellent project management skills;
  • Mentoring skills;
  • Awareness of latest digital market developments and trends.
