Job Description

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager would specialise in translating client objectives to digital objectives and owning an advisory role on the best practices of multiple digital marketing channels. 

We’re looking for a motivated individual to help scale our partner’s growing digital marketing and advertising businesses. The SDMM is a key member of the Digital Marketing Team, with a focus on Commerce. Working with multiple business partners to analyze and improve our performance on multiple digital platforms. (FB, IG, TW, Google & More) 

Day to day, activities include analyzing metrics of success for a business or category, developing data-driven insights and recommendations for client leadership, and communicating recommendations in a clear and compelling manner to internal teams.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES 
●  Working with a high performance team with a versatile portfolio of brands in multiple industries 
●  Manage the internal workflow and responsibilities across the Social Marketing team members. 
●  Providing digital/paid strategy and planning across relevant touch points across the categories and brands. 
●  Support and help define Commerce’s function within LMND 
●  Manage & Monitor the paid strategy towards the set KPI 
●  Support in identifying potential candidates for the Commerce Team 
●  Manage and train the individuals within commerce 
●  Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices of digital commerce across all relevant platforms 
●  Manage all digital paid efforts of LMND 
●  Measure ROI and KPIs with Digital Marketing & strategy team 
●  Prepare and manage a digital marketing paid media budget 
●  Assist in building an inbound marketing plan with a digital marketing team 
●  Forecast and project based on desired goals. 
●  Motivate the digital commerce team to achieve set goals 
●  Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement in digital commerce 
●  Introduce new ways / trends of paid marketing.
●  Liaising and networking with Clients both direct and cross agency. (On occasion with our sister partners) 
●  Manage, support, and transfer knowledge to your team members. 


Job Requirements

The ideal candidate has a mix of agency and in house experience particularly in a startup and/or fast-paced environment for a minimum of 5 years. 

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the digital landscape - not limited to only commerce, but digital marketing as a whole; and stays up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and trends
