About The Job

Key Responsibilities:
  • Have a strong understanding of Digital Marketing and Social Platform objectives
  • Create concepts and verbiage for creative campaigns and initiatives (BIG IDEA)
  • Dictate powerful ideas that are creatively rooted (with the support of the Strategy team)
  • Work in tandem with the Studio Department and Branding team, to create content that engages consumers and reinforces the organization's brand
  • Clearly articulate rationale, thinking and story behind big ideas and recommendations
  • Frame and drive Lemonade’s creative vision / philosophy
  • Exhibit strong deck creation skills (aesthetic and flow of slides)
  • Support to evaluate content of tier one clients / priority projects 
  • Confidently communicate ideas through writing (internally  & externally)
  • Monitor messaging and content approach across earned media and owned channels
  • Consistently build, strengthen and reinforce LMND brand identity, experience and public image: via all content channels (priority: website & social platforms)
  • Exemplary presenter and communicator (for internal and external audiences)
  • Support production and growth of the Content team (where deemed necessary) 

Job Requirements

We are looking for sharp thinkers and great communicators to fill its coveted seats with dynamic candidates that will be responsible for ensuring great content is reflected accurately and consistently across all internal and external touchpoints. At present, we are seeking to fill in the role of Senior Digital Content Strategist (SDCS). This position reports to the Head of Brand & Comms, and will primarily support brand development & stewardship through thoughtful and tactful, strategic content creation and management for clients across multiple industries.

As a key member of the Communications House (Creator team), the SDCS will get the chance to collaborate with multiple teams across Lemonade, namely designers and writers to source content ideas that will create an engaging digital presence across channels and audiences. This candidate will also work closely with Lemonade’s Strategy Director, to draw insights, best practices and emerging digital content trends - all of which will be applied when presenting big picture ideas to businesses that qualify as prospects. 

The ideal candidate will know how to sell a good story, have a passion for exploring the digital space, have a strong affinity for thumb stopping content and should be a creative, critical thinker. He or she will also be personable and able to interact successfully with a wide variety of individuals in a relatable and collaborative manner.
