About The Job

  1. Plan, develop and manage web and mobile campaign and channel tracking.
  2. Communicate with clients about analysis from campaigns.
  3. Produce reports for the clients.
  4. Monitor performance trends.
  5. Plan and develop digital KPIs for clients and determine most important KPIs to track.
  6. Discuss the digital customer experience and web behavior with the client.
  7. Collaborate with paid media, creative, content and account management teams.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
  2. At least 1.5 years of experience in digital analytics 
  3. Detail-oriented, has strong problem solving skills and deep curiosity towards data.
  4. A self-starter and can work independently with minimal supervision.
  5. Able to draw actionable insights from various data sources and platforms.
  6. Able to present and communicate information effectively.
  7. Experienced in web analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  8. Proficient in spreadsheet tools (MS Excel or Google Sheets).
  9. Able to troubleshoot code bugs and fix technical issues related to tracking implementations.
  10. Able to lead web analytics training with the organization and ensure consistent processes are being followed.
