• Manage the portfolios of a variety of our existing clients from various industries 
• Identify potential customers and set approach strategies 
• Develop strong and long-term client relationships 
• Ensure deadlines are met 
• Resolve issues and handle complaints quickly and effectively 
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements 
• Support sales team and clients with new features and product launches 
• Get feedback and suggest ways to increase customer engagement

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of agency experience or proven work experience in a client-facing digital marketing role 
• strong Project Management skills - Resource and budget planning 
• Attention to detail and ownership of one's responsibilities end-to-end 
• Positive and pleasant; strong set of soft skills and confidence 
• Able to provide remarkable customer experiences and foster close client-agency relationships 
• Works well with internal and external teams 
• Understanding of platforms Google Adwords, Analytic Tools, Facebook Ad Manager, Programmatic
