LEMONADE is looking for a creative producer who has a unique role, responsible for taking an idea and making it into a quality final product for both our partners and internally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assists and supports on the decisions of the final output based on the brief, in collaboration with the Head of Creative
- Assembles a team of creatives (studio) and develops the creative output fully, ensuring the brief is followed and in exceptional quality.
- Oversees the casting for the project, and collaborates with the digital PR, and strategy teams on who can secure funding and distribution.
- Manages the creative output from start to finish to ensure a smooth production.
- Ensures the original vision for the project is properly realized and delivered according to best practices.
