• Performance Graduate Trainee Program is a 12-month structured development program where we have carefully put together the trainings and mentorships to prepare you for a specific role within the Performance Team. The program focuses on learning how digital marketing agency works and developing knowledge and skills in key business area. 

• Provides a platform for building a successful career in Performance Marketing 
• Builds competencies that will develop the trainee into a performance marketing professional 
• Strong support provided where dedicated coach and mentor are assigned to monitor trainee performance and development 
• Challenging and significant responsibilities during the program whereby the trainees’ performance contributes to the success of the assigned accounts 
• On and off the job trainings

Job Requirements

• Fresh Graduates with at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing Communication, or other relevant fields to digital marketing from a reputable university 
• Minimum CGPA 3.20 or its equivalent 
• Strong interest on digital marketing environment and digital media 
• Strong data-driven analysis and reporting, based on the quantitative outcome as well as qualitative analysis using multiple marketing metrics and data-sources 
• Ability to work independently and in team 
• Prioritization, organization, and multitasking skills 
• Understanding of major digital marketing platforms 
• Willingness to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
