About The Job

The Account Receivables Specialist is responsible for organizing sales bookkeeping, planning and analysis, managing credit collection of the company.


Sales bookkeeping
  • Maintaining clients’ database in the accounting software
  • Assisting teams in raising quotations
  • Assisting teams with the supplier registrations for new clients
  • Maintaining and keeping track of clients’ contracts
  • Liaising with different teams to gather information for billing purposes
  • Cross checking that the information provided is accurate
  • Raising sales invoices in a timely manner

Credit collection
  • Reviewing the ageing AR balance on a regular basis
  • Following up with clients/respective teams on expected payments dates
  • Sending reminder emails/official letters
  • Reporting to the head of finance on any issue

Planning and analysis
  • Reconciling the 3rd party invoices (digital media and other 3rd parties) with the sales invoices and explaining any discrepancy found
  • Ensuring all media has been invoiced to clients
  • Reconciling media spends with booking orders
  • Assisting the head of finance with revenue analysis by client
  • Assisting the head of finance in preparing the required information for group reporting purposes

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • At least 2 years of working experience (previous experience in AR will be added to advantage) 
  • Passionate learner with positive attitude 
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
