About The Job

Job Responsibilities
  • To perform outbound calls to prospective customers through telephone equipment and other mediums.
  • Following up with prospects from websites and list of leads and handling customer inquiries. 
  • Able to contribute to team effort with daily, weekly and monthly set sales targets by management.
  • Willing to learn attitude and able to communicate effectively.
  • Successful candidates will be paid Basic + Commission for each sales closed.

Job Requirements 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • Required skill(s): Telemarketing, Tele Sales, Outbound Customer Service
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English.
  • Might be working under US working hours (night shift).
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
  • Two (2) Full-Time and Contract position(s) available.
  • MUST have at least one (1) year telemarketing experience and preferably have knowledge in Banking, Insurance or Property.
