Job Description

Job Details
  1. Take ownership of the talent acquisition process (i.e. recruitment) from sourcing, pre-screening, interview, up to hiring decision support and on boarding support.
  2.  Identify opportunities and develop talents to be more competitive in the market.
  3. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
  4. Identify new opportunities in the market and open doors for the company to expand and diversify the business (i.e. B2B Sales).
  5. End to end external recruitment cycle; including sourcing candidates, phone screening, interview scheduling and other ad hoc tasks.

Job Requirements

Requirements
  1. A Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  2. Demonstrated personal qualities to establish trust and credibility, working independently, interviewing and negotiating skills.
  3. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Business Development/Sales or equivalent.
