Job Description

• Achieve revenue and profit margin targets for area of responsibility.
• Submit relevant report on time.
• Develop an up-to-date knowledge on the market demand, competition and prices.
• Sourcing for suitable candidates locally and overseas to meet client's requirements.
• Conduct interview, selection and do recommendation of potential candidates to client base on client's requirements.
• Identify candidates through Jobstreet.com and other sources.
• Complete phone interview with candidates in a detailed and professional manner in order to effectively match candidates with requisitions.
• Formulates job postings through online resources.
• Completes requisition qualifications meetings with hiring manager as needed when directed.
• Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities and benefits; making presentation; maintaining rapport.
• Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules of hiring managers and candidates.
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applications on consistent set of qualifications.
• Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management/Psychology, Marketing or equivalent.
  Required skill(s): Business Administration Skills, Recruitment Sourcing, Site Support.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese is a MUST.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Demonstrated experience in change management, establishing trust and credibility, working independently, interviewing and negotiating skills.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Requires the ability to actively provide recruiting support to multi-site operations and be capable of effectively building positive work partnerships with geographically dispersed multiple staff levels.
• Must be proficient in MS Office applications and application tracking system.
• One (1) Full-Time position(s) available.
