Job Description

This position is for those who love organising events and people.  
Your job includes:-
  • Key liaison person for speakers.
  • Supporting the programme committee as they put together the conference programme.
  • Managing abstract submissions and publications.
  • To lead the speaker team during a conference.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes of meeting.
  • Putting together the content for announcements and conference websites.
  • To liaise with virtual conference developers.
  • Managing short webinars.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences or Event Management or Hospitality and Tourism or Accounts.
  • Interest in planning and organising events. 
  • Strong spoken and written command of the  English language.
  • Courses or certificates in digital skills, is active on social media platforms or has good video editing and design skills.
  • Past volunteer experience or job experience in customer service roles is an added advantage.
  • Detailed oriented.

We are a company that organises physical, virtual and hybrid conferences and events. We are a part of a multibillion dollar Business Events industry.

Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, we have grown and doubled our events and services. We are now looking for more people to join us.

We also believe in Work Life Integration rather than Work Life Balance as we are in events industry and the customers we serve the healthcare industry.

A heads-up, we have international clients so we work to suit our international clients' time zone.

Our new norm is a combination of work in office and remote work (hence Work Life Integration) so we look for team members with good wifi connectivity at home. Right now our standard is at least 3 days work from office and 2 days work from home.
