Job Description


  • Perform Initial level of problem identification and attempts to resolve, when appropriate; Documenting all troubleshooting efforts in problem and make prompt notification to responsible party for resolution in order to minimize the amount of time taken to resolve customer issues.
  • Assumes ownership for the coordination, investigation and documentation of customer problems/ requests. Assist with monitoring and tracking incidents to ensure resolution occurs with the customer Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Actively participates in preventive maintenance, by documenting common problems and scripts for customer support.
  • Share information required for the team to be successful.
  • Receives and logs customer problem/request/issues and ensures proper documentation. Perform follow up on all incidents with customer to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Performs incident notification and escalation to ensure problems/request/issues are communicated effectively and receiving proper management attention.
  • Works independently and maintains a high-degree of professional conduct at all times.
  • Required to work night shifts remotely and occasionally assist in night customers maintenance support. (Once every two weeks)
  • Additional Bonus Criteria - Web Development (WordPress, etc) 

Job Requirements


  • Graduated with a Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Fresh Graduates is encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to deal with customer complaints in a professional & friendly manner and escalate where appropriate.
  • Willing to work on Shift
