Job Description

• Work closely with the Junior Art Directors to conceptualise, design prototypes and create fully responsive websites, mobile apps and marketing collaterals
• QC visual asset / library asset creation
• Assist with process optimization and strategic best practices
• Assist with tool development and design innovation
• Provide leadership and serve as mentor to junior members of the team
• Provide feedback to team mates and developers specific to functionality and layout

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in art design, web design, or related degree
• Minimum 3–4 years’ experience as a website designer
• Expertise in design skill and technical proficiency
• Prior experience in wireframing, prototyping, responsive design solutions
• Proficient knowledge with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Working knowledge of website design best practices
• Thorough understanding of user experience design best practices
• Thorough understanding of responsive design principles for mobile design
• Prior agency experience preferred
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates a range of website design examples 

• Takes direction well, but also able to make decisions and take initiative
• Can leverage data to provide strategic, analytical creative solutions to client problems
• Strong communication skills
• Professional, self-motivated, reliable, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to balance numerous projects and manage time efficiently
• High level of attention to detail
• Dedication to quality
