Do you enjoy talking to others? Unafraid to approach guests to talk about the latest technology or services available to them? You will drive to ask questions openly when you need clarification and work with a team to handle sales calls daily. Your upbeat attitude, motivation, drive and strong work ethic will be a necessity to succeed in this role. We are also looking for the Telesales Executive to:

- Provide world-class customer service care.
- Master at converting leads to sales.
- Be a high performing Telesales agent and achieve minimum monthly sales goals.
- Use a consultative, value based approach to selling.
- Understand client needs and offer solutions.
- Ability to make high volume of outbound dials.
- Manage sales pipeline and forecasting.
- Other job-related duties as assigned by your manager.

- Minimum SPM is required; Diploma and above is preferred.
- 2 years of experience in telesales/telemarketing in contact/call centre is desirable.
- Self-motivated, communicate effectively and hardworking.
- Good command of spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Commission driven, target oriented individual.
