Job Description

  • Manage sales process from lead/inquiry development, schedule and conduct sales tours, marketing and selling of all product lines, negotiating and closing deals with prospective customers.
  • Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers including follow-up calls to qualify and close business. 
  • Collect, generate, and track customer inquiries.
  • Accurately and efficiently deal with all sales inquiries in a timely manner and record in the relevant CRM system.
  • Recommend improvements that will positively impact sales and efficiency. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve sales and marketing efforts. 
  • Maintain 100% occupancy. Acheive sales target goals and manage churn.
  • Timely reporting to Management. 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5-8 years experience in Sales with a proven track record and strong database. Experience in real estate industry is a plus
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Possess own transport
  • Good time management, energetic & results-oriented
