Job Description
- To monitor venues’ performance
- To maintain Fixed Assets Listing
- To review prepayment/accruals JV/Contra
- To review bank reconciliation
- Balance sheet items reconciliation
- Landlord report reconciliation
- Calculation of management & marketing fees
- Assist in month-end closing
- Preparation of full set Monthly Management report
- Update consolidated group financial metrics report
- Preparation for Actual vs Budget P&L report to CM
- Send finalized report to landlord
- Preparation of cashflow actual & forecast
- Assist in audit & tax matters
- Involve company annual budget
- Set up of new bank account
- Application of credit card terminal for new venue
- Business licensing matters
Job Requirements
- Degree in Finance or Accounting with 4 years experiences in Fixed Assets and General Accounting
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with managing/ overseeing a team
- Industrial of retails background will be added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
