Job Description

  • To process vendor invoices & verify all invoices received with proper supportings and approvals 
  • Handle for vendor maintenance
  • Process payments / prepare cheque to meet payment schedule set
  • Process refund of deposits when AR send over the compete documentations with approval
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Balance sheet items reconciliation
  • Liaise and communicate with other departments if any discrepancies, insufficient documents received.
  • Update all COS vs Other Income template 
  • Assist in month-end closing 
  • Responsible for withholding tax payment for payments to non-residents 
  • Process petty cash reimbursement
  • Complete actual cash flow template for cash flow purpose
  • Prepare details of transaction captured into prepayment account
  • Prepare accrual listing that have yet to receive the invoice for monthly closing purpose
  • Involving in System implementation and UAT testing / training 

Job Requirements

  • Diploma for Finance or Accounting with 3 years experiences in Account Payable and General Accounting 
  • Proficient in relevant computer software
  • Industrial of retails background will be added advantage
