Job Description

• Own a segment of the Product & Fabric Roadmap: Translate strategies into well-written product requirements. Oversee the execution of product requirements into actionable features and user stories. Work with the design team to quickly iterate on, socialize, and gather feedback on multiple solutions to market problems. Collaborate with different team members including product owners, designers and engineers to get your hypotheses built, tested and scaled.
• Research and analysis: Analyze user, business, marketplace, and stakeholder trends to understand how customers are using our product. Acquire new templates, research materials and brands to improve product offering. Liaise with other teams such as marketing and insights to gather their requirements and deliver best-in-class customer experience. Be able to present your findings in a thoughtful and analytical manner that would help the team drive next steps.
• Drive product launches: Bring new products to market including market research, product research, product testing, pricing, competitive analysis, and timeline management. You will be writing product descriptions, blog posts and landing pages as part of the launch assets. Communicate product releases and performance throughout the company.
• Product support: Facilitate communication between internal cross-functional departments in KL, Malaysia and production team in SZ, China on daily product development and production follow-up within the department.
• Manage product log: Documenting and updating fabric history, tracking and compiling branded orders and made-to-measure order history, and pricing history.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience with 1 to 2 years of related product experience.
• Intellectually curious and eager to understand the “how” and “why” a product experience affects user satisfaction and business outcomes
• Keen analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use data to back up assumptions and develop business cases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent critical thinking skills (how to size up a problem and prioritize the right features at pace)
• Strong bias for action; ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proven track record in project management.
• Mindset: Continuous self development, positive, customer-centric and marketing oriented mindset
• Know that true, lasting quality only stems from an inordinate attention to detail

• Experience working in a startup / ecommerce / tech / product teams - you'll be able to add value immediately if you are familiar with the industrys’ dynamics and team speak.
• Experience developing user stories and acceptance criteria and managing a backlog
• Excellent customer intuition; demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly services and customer-facing features
• Experience with Prototyping and Beta Testing Product
• Familiarity with Mobile First Approach
