Strong proficiency in Mandarin (HSK Level 5-6) will be necessary to communicate with our teammates in China. We will be accepting applications for the next 2 weeks, with a flexible start date after CNY.

You’ll be responsible for providing tremendous support via WeChat, QQ, and email to bridge communications between our English speaking regional teams (from Malaysia, Japan, France, Germany, Philippines, etc) and our Chinese speaking production teams.
Your role is crucial in the success of fulfilling our customer’s expectations as well as managing our production output effectiveness. You will need to be extremely organized, methodical, and process-oriented as your responsibilities will include inspecting measurements, information, process, and products, ensuring compliance with our quality standards.
You will be responsible for providing accurate product knowledge and technical support to manage pre-production and post-production quality control. In time, you will be the go-to person for all product quality and process quality assurance. You will also be collaborating with the Operations and Development teams and contributing to the development of new systems and operational efficiencies.
Your immediate team will be the Products Department who sees the success of all product offerings from setting the strategy, roadmap, and feature for a product or product line. You will report directly to the Head of Product. As a budding Product Manager, your growing knowledge of our products, production, and customers will guide your research and development of new products. You will also be involved in researching fabrics and prototyping new offerings that answer our customers’ needs.
