• Develop and execute a strategic quarterly plan to achieve sales key results and deliver key metrics of conversion and price per workstation
• Manage and develop a pipeline of new and repeat business to maximize workstation occupancy and event space bookings
• Source, attract and close deals for anchor tenants (above 20 workstations) and Enterprise solution tenants
• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and corporate accounts to build a pipeline of direct lead generation and referrals
• Manage sales forecast and real-time sales reporting through the sales dashboard, and chair weekly sales meetings
• Run the entire sales process, from qualification, site visits, negotiation, to closing deals.
• Lead, manage, coach and performance management for the sales team, including regularly monthly check-ins
• Develop a Sales Playbook – a manual of best practices, and efficient sales processes geared towards efficiency and ease of use
• Work with various internal teams to drive Colony Guest satisfaction to ensure opportunities for additional business growth
• Maintain a high level of knowledge of Colony’s offerings while staying current in understanding the competitive landscape and industry trends
