Job Description

• Champion for Nexudus and Xero system
• Main PIC for monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing and commentary
• Forecast and budgeting for both internal and external users
• Review monthly monitoring sheet for balance sheet item
• Main PIC for external stakeholder coordination for finance-related matter (Auditors, Bankers, Vendors, Landlords, Customers)
• Monthly and quarterly company financial presentations
• Monitoring and management of monthly aged receivable
• Monitoring and management of cash position including placement of Fixed deposit • Review staff commission computation
• Computation of monthly revenue report
• Ad hoc project on finance related matter (system setup, project budgeting, bank creation,
• Review and manage company compliance matters (audit tax cosec)
• Allocation and planning for finance team every quarter • Performance review and appraisal for team member

Job Requirements

1. Experience managing full set accounts is mandatory
2. Highly proficient with excel and google sheets
3. Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW) is an advantage 4. Comfortable with numbers and computations
5. Experience in cloud software is an advantage (Accounting, PMS system)
6. Experience in managing stakeholders (Investor, Banker, Auditors, Tax, Vendor, Customer)
7. Experience in forecast and budgeting
