Job Description

The Account Manager's primary responsibilities will include (though will not be limited to):

  • Manage and develop a pipeline of new business to maximise workstation occupancy and event space bookings.
  • Sales effectiveness : Deliver key matrics of conversion and price per work station.
  • Run the entire sales process, from qualification, site visits, negotiations to close.
  • Influence the volume of new business where required through effective proactive field sales activities and broker engagement.
  • Work closely with the General Manager on to develop sales strategies and solutions to exceed sales target.

Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree

  1. At least 3 years of business to business (B2B) sales experience
  2. Strong sales and negotiation skills
  3. Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
  4. Strong work ethic and tenacity
  5. Exceptional organization skills and multitasking skills
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  7. Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and an additional language is a plus
