Job Description

• Design intuitive, user-centric flows and experiences for mobile and web users.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements and business requirements in collaboration with the project managers.
• Use research and business requirements to guide design and development decisions.
• Design user interface elements including layouts, menus, and widgets, according to the branding guidelines.
• Understand our company's business model and participate in strategic or troubleshooting discussions.
• Collaborate closely with other designers, engineers, and stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of UI UX design experience for digital products or services.
• Portfolio of projects that showcase final products and the design process.
• Strong understanding of user experience and visual design skills.
• User-centric approach to design and critical thinking approach to problem-solving.
• Fluency in Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision.
• Ability to take initiative, process feedback, and manage time independently.
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Efficient cross-functional collaboration and communication skills 
• Eager to adapt and grow
