- Work closely with our design and marketing team to develop innovative visuals and merchandising
- Constantly execute fresh ideas to inspire and engage our social media audience
- Develop concepts for company merchandise and packaging
- Ensure brand consistency throughout various projects
- Understand our company's business model and participate in strategic or troubleshooting discussions
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of design experience
- A portfolio that showcases relevant skills
- Strong knowledge of visual design, user-centered experience, interaction design, and brand development
- Familiarity with design techniques and softwares
- Ability to take initiative, process feedback, and solve problems
- A diverse sense of design and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Eager to adapt and grow
- Animation skills are a huge plus
