  • Administrative support for projects, preparing documents and quality checks
  • Performing research to find relevant information and data for project planning
  • Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Keeping up with office supply inventory
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Management/Business Admin or any other related fields. 
  • Attention to details and able to handle delegate ad-hoc task assign by the management team.
  • You're entitled to ensure the office is in tip-top condition. 
  • Required language(s): English
