Job Description

• Attend to incoming calls promptly, courteously in a competent and professional manner
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Respond to customer feedback and enquiry over the phone, email and online channels. 
• Solve problems and monitor incoming and outgoing shipments
• Working hours may differ according to shifts
• Plan and strategize ways to improve customer experience.
• Responsible to maintain good relationship with merchants, couriers and collection centers key stakeholders.
• Work closely with monitoring and investigation team to maintain good SLAs.

Job Requirements

1. Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
2. Work on weekends and in shifts.
3. Good with excel.
4. Have good presentation with good personalities. 
5. Provide good customer experience in order to increase retention rate.
