About The Job

 
Core Responsibilities :
  • Liaise with Order Processing Team to plan, analyze and forecast customers’ needs and to follow up on orders to ensure on time and complete deliveries
  • Develop a partnership that is beneficial to CP and that builds customer relationship
  • Effectively and efficiently execute assigned activities such as big hit execution, road shows and detailing to increase sales volume, distribution and market share
  • Understand CP’s customer plans and activities for customers to leverage and drive more shoppers to the store
  • Monitor activity at store level and communicating competitive, category and product information that impact sales results
  • Provide customers with an objective and trustworthy analysis of their business to derive customer and shopper insights and develop collaborative strategies to drive incremental growth opportunities
  • Provide effective coverage and visiting assigned stores or customers with required frequency
  • Proactively understand the customers’ needs and developing business solutions to meet Colgate and customers’ requirements
  • Procure additional second site displays for planned promotions or to reduce stock inventory at the retail store level
  • Maintain relationship with customers to ensure business continuity
 
Day to Day Responsibilities :
  • Prepare payment request to secure collection as per payment term
  • Ensure that customers carry an appropriate portfolio of Colgate products that receive optimal exposure at the retail store level
  • Give guidance and coach merchandiser to continuously improve CP in-store merchandising quality - propose to add
  • Ensure excellent 5Ps execution at trade
  • Plan and monitor BH/mailer promotion set up on time as per CP guideline
  • Consistently feedback competitors activities at trade
  • Ensure Home shelf are merchandised accurately as per planogram
  • Conduct shop floor audit for effective merchandising as per RE Handbook or customer’s planogram
  • Consistently check for correct product assortment, effective utilization of POP and availability of pricing
  • Proactively ensure new product distribution through Speed to Market within 14 days
 

 

Job Requirements

Minimum of  2 Years of experience in Customer Development in the Consumer Goods Industry
