About The Job

Sales & Marketing Executive (Property Developer)
Coland Global @ Pullman Bangsar

  • To ensure personnel is clearly understand in property development sales flows, conditions, payment terms, legal terms and rights.
  • To attend to daily sales walk ins, enquiries, and follow-ups.
  • Monitor sales process including following up with purchasers, solicitors, and end financiers timely.
  • Assist team manager in coordinating and executing sales and marketing activities to achieved sales target.
  • Conduct relevant research and trend analysis to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Responsible in understanding company's SOPs.
  • Ad-hoc scopes given by the company.

  • Basic Salary + Commission, potentially 5 figures income per month
  • Bonus + Incentives up to RM100,000

  • Able to converse in English and Mandarin.
  • Possess own transport for work.
  • Applicants must be willing to travel for work.
