We are looking for bright, ambitious students or fresh graduates with a “can do” attitude and the desire to learn in the cryptocurrency industry. Candidates have the opportunity to join the team on a permanent basis upon graduation.

Job Requirements

CoinGecko is a global leader in tracking cryptocurrency data. Operating since early 2014, we are one of the largest and earliest cryptocurrency data aggregators, tracking over 6,000 tokens across 390 exchanges. We provide a 360-degree overview of the cryptocurrency market and track various cryptocurrency data such as price, trading volume, market capitalization, community growth, open-source code development, major events and on-chain metrics.

We are looking for a Market Research Analyst to join our ever-growing team and help provide research insights into this fast-moving cryptocurrency industry. You will be working with some of the smartest minds in the blockchain industry and have first-hand experience interacting with some of the movers and shakers of this industry.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Perform in-depth market research surrounding the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry
Interpret data collected from various sources into useful insights
Prepare reports, articles, and infographics on cryptocurrency markets for publication
Prepare daily cryptocurrency news update for email subscribers
Handle day-to-day operations such as data management and client change requests
Keep track with developments and market trends in the blockchain industry

Here's what we need from you:

BSc degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or other related areas
Basic capital markets knowledge and keen interest in blockchain and cryptocurrencies
Strong research abilities with excellent analytical and communication skills
Extremely motivated and able to take initiative in order to identify ways to value-add and improve practices
Demonstrate good problem-solving skills, business acumen, have an ability to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment
