Job Description

• Establish new and maintain client relationships over emails, messaging applications, telephone, and through face-to-face meetings to sell online marketing solutions.
• Reach or exceed specific monthly, quarterly, and annual targets by achieving pre-set criteria on revenue generated.
• Ensure that all clients are handled to the highest standards and everything is known about their PR and marketing communications requirements throughout the year.
• Communicate regularly with clients by preparing and delivering regular campaign reports and new product updates.
• Develop a growth strategy to increase business opportunities and maintain the use of a CRM to track client communication.
• Stay ahead of competition by following up on all leads and opportunities to ensure that CoinGecko maximizes the chance of winning business.
• Provide regular (weekly, monthly and ad hoc) feedback of sales activities to the supervisor, including clients wins/losses, competition activity, product feedback, etc.
• Work closely with the Business Development Manager to achieve sales targets.

Job Requirements

• 1 - 2 years experience in sales & business development with exceptional sales record.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and copywriting skills with an ability to present and influence key stakeholders at all levels, from associates to C-level.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion and problem solving skills.
• Focused, goal-oriented and results driven in developing and implementing sales targets.
• Possess strong analytical skills with a good eye for detail.
• Team player, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge and interest in cryptocurrencies is highly desirable.
• Confident working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Ability to speak, read, and write Chinese to deal with Mainland China clients
