Job Description

• Preparation of Journal entries for monthly accounts closing and expense analysis.
• Performing bank and other accounting related reconciliation work.
• Managing project accounting activities. 
• Responsible for accounts receivables collection and submission of government tax return.
• Liaising with auditors and preparation of audit schedules.
• Liaising with the bank, company secretary and tax agent.
• Handling all applications of Government licenses & grants when necessary.
• Assist in some account servicing / co-ordinating (internally) whenever the Marketing Communications Executives are out for meetings.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Executive Director & General Manager. 

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Accountancy 
• Minimum of 1 year experience 
• Experience in handling full set of accounts preferred 
• Proficient in MS Office 
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status. 

• High integrity, disciplined and well organized 
• Meticulous, accurate and thorough. Good eye for details 
• Willing to multi task & meet tight deadline 
• Good spoken and written communication skills in English  
• Committed, highly self-motivated and able to work under pressure
