Job Description
- Your will deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our guest through communication channels (Phone and Email)
- Professionally handle high volume of inquiries from guest.
- Understand and deliver business strategies and improve customer services through the execution of self-service.
- Provide polite, professional and accurate response.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guest and colleagues.
- Right attitude and interested to learn , love meeting people and passionate.
- Assist with the daily reservations process, servicing guest needs and queries
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM, STPM, Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Possess good interpersonal skills.
- A good team player.
- Must be able to communicate in Mandarin as they will need to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
- Commissions and incentive will release for good performer.
