Job Description

• Serves as a point of contact for all members and guest within the CO3 community.
• Work on community task together with the Campus Lead and take an active role in the development of internal connections between members, through events, interpersonal interaction or digital communication.
• Solve member-related issue to ensure a smooth operation.
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports to track KPI.
• Ensure that our members and a guest get the best experience in CO3
• Meet and greet members and guest with enthusiasm and a genuine smile. Building a strong relationship and act as the first point of contact for everyone providing professional and friendly services.
• Handle phone calls and manage sales enquiries.
• Assist in the sales process by bringing prospect for a tour in CO3 and assist in the sign-up process.
• Brainstorm events within CO3 with the Campus Lead to promote CO3 and build the branding and marketing of CO3.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
• Preferably Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Exceptional organization and multitasking skills
• A high level of English – both verbal and writing is a must
• Getting the job done, Practical, fast thinker and deliver whatever it takes.
• Multi-tasking and being able to communicate with different stakeholders.
