Job Description

  • Dealing directly with a potential customer by email/Whatsapp/ Wechat/ social media from China
  • Fluent in Mandarin is a must as mostly all customer are from China
  • Resolve product and service problem by clarifying the customer complaint; determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Able to multitask in a face-paced team environment with the ability to operate flexible hours, including public holiday 


Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer service 
  • Able to speak in Mandarin fluently is preferable as the role requires to deal with Mandarin speaking clients
  • Able to start immediately will be added advantages.
