Job Requirements

• Maintain and develop a strong and solid relationship with customer and prospect database.
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Develop ideas and create business opportunity during account managing with the specifiers of main major accounts to ensure growth attainment.
• Maintain and develop existing or new customers through planned individual account support, and liaison with internal order-processing staff.
• Accomplishment in enterprise sales cycle including existing business or new business opportunity identification with ongoing follow up till business case closed.
• Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Monitor and report on account or project activities and provide relevant management for the information.
• Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys from time to time.
• Liaise and attend meetings with company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development.
