Job Description
- Customer service and call center administration
- Provide 1st Level Support to resolve incident and Service Request tickets
- Involve remote support for Business Application System
- Assist in end-user training, software installation, implementation and required to travel occasionally within Malaysia
Job Requirements
- Possess a good Degree / Diploma in any discipline
- Preferably minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Able to communicate with end-users effectively, both Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Any previous experience in ITL-based Service Desk products or ITIL process will be an advantage
- Must be a Team player with strong communication skills and customer focus
- Product knowledge on web-based application usage and concept and some programming language experience would be advantage
