About The Job


Payroll Processing and Data Management
  • To accurately and timely process payroll and ensuring that all non-standard deductions and additions, allowances and OT are calculated, and all relevant information entered into the system;
  • Ensure appropriate internal controls, approval and validation checks are in place for the payroll processes;
  • Responsible for updating all records relating to employees such as, leave, medical, hospitalization, bank records, deduction records, personnel files etc;
  • Handle queries and investigate requests in relation to pay and statutory related matter and HR administration;
  • Perform periodic audit on data accuracy between HRIS and payroll system;
  • Handle HR letters preparation, benefit enrolment and other HR related administration activities.

Benefits Administration
  • Support in HR policies reviews, updates and communications;
  • Assist in annual performance management exercise;
  • Manage, monitor and coordinate the medical/insurance administration, renewal and attending to all enquiries on this matter;
  • Manage all employee benefits claims processing and payments;
  • Projects which is assigned from time to time to improve the current way of working.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent
  • In-depth knowledge of local labor legislation (EPF, SOCSO, Employment Act) and tax regulation for local and expatriate employees.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Malaysia Payroll activities including payroll for Expatriates.
  • Experience and exposure in SAP Payroll and Employee Central module expertise is an added advantage.
  • Able to maintain high standards in ensuring confidentiality, paying attention to details, accuracy and able to set priorities and organize work to meet deadlines.
