Job Description

• Strengthen and expand relationships with existing and new clients and agencies
• Secure campaign briefs from existing and potential clients & develop compelling ideas/proposals based on client briefs to achieve their objectives which includes determining the Budget and KPI
• Components for the proposal may include but are not limited to the following:
• Content creation leveraging both internal editorial & production resources and Social Influencers/KOLs
• Content distribution and amplification using both Clozette’s assets and also assets of Influencers/KOLs
• Engagement campaigns where we educate the target market through fun and interesting ways
• Amplification of campaigns through Clozette’s various assets
• On-Ground events held for our community where we can inject client products
• Present the proposal to clients and close the deal
• Work closely with the campaign team to make sure that client campaigns are implemented successfully and KPIs are achieved
• Present the final report to clients 

Job Requirements

1. At least 3 years experience in generating revenue for company – pitching, securing and developing relationships with clients
2. Experienced in developing and presenting ideas/proposals, preferably at least 3 years in the digital media
3. Passionate about social media, content marketing and online advertising
4. Enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated
5. Highly dynamic and results-driven with excellent sales and people skills
6. A good understanding of content marketing and the local influencer scene preferred 
7. Candidates with prior experience in digital agencies, content marketing and/or digital publishers preferred
