You Are Responsible To:
- Manage business unit profit & loss, managing a team of technical and sales, reporting directly to Managing Director
- Maintain Continuous Integration & Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) platforms across a variety of platforms and architectures
- Define organizations' DevSecOps framework which include processes, roles/responsibilities, tools, skillsets/trainings required, and performance measurement
- Design and build a DevOps pipeline including integration, testing, deployment tools; as well as to design and implement DevOps solutions
- Analyse, execute, and streamline DevOps practices and drive the best practices across the organization
- Set up a continuous build environment to speed up software development and deployment processes
- Work closely with developers for a balanced performance, as well as to automate build/ deploy processes
- Contribute to future design or architecture application solutions
Job Requirements
- Docker and Kubernetes in Production
- Ability to script in Bash/Shell/Python
- IaC tools like Ansible, Puppet, Chef
- Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud
- Working Experience with tools like Jenkins, Bamboo
- A proven track of at least 8 years of DevOps experience in Agile environment
- Well-experienced with automated deployment, CI/CD, release engineering tools
- Play as a lead to empower the team, as well as to allocate responsibilities
- Strong problem solving and communications - required to communicate to stakeholders across different levels
