About The Job

  • Recording all important documents and reports to ensure all documents are well-organized, filed & safe
  • Perform office administrative duties and company secretary matters.
  • Prepare memo, letter, announcement and general paperwork
  • Monitor company inventory - such as stationery , F&B , ink cartridge, toiletries & etc.
  • Monitor workers attendance
  • Assist in implementation company policy & SOP and administration of Compensation & Benefits Programme i.e. Incentive & Uniform.
  • Handle operations of the HR duties including employee orientation program & prepare job application form printout 
  • Monitor & verify staff claim such as medical claim, entertainment claim & training claim & send claim info to HR for payroll purpose
  • Perform any adhoc duties assigned by director.

  1. Assist in basic account -  issue system invoices & manual invoices, payment vouchers and cheques.
  2. Monitor & update invoice listing & collection file
  3. Assist in basic account - prepare & record petty cash  (such as monthly office cleaner fees), issue payment vouchers and cheques.
  4. Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments.
  5. Domain renewal - Exabytes, IP Server & Webnic & send receipts to HR for expenses claim purpose
  6. Prepare reconciliations of accounts
  7. Prepare SST submission & SST implementation works
  8. To assist for the yearly audit & ensure internal control are on place based on financial year start from July - June 
  9. Other accounts related matters.

Job Requirements

  1. Malaysian Female with 2 years experiences in Accounts,HR & Admin works. 
  2. Must know to speak Mandarin, Malay, English.
  3. Good communication skill, computer literate (Words, Excel).
  4. Able to perform ad-hoc tasks. multi-task, work independently.
