About The Job
Sales Executive has THREE (3) primary responsibilities:
1) Identifying and Acquiring new sales leads / customers to achieve sales target
2) Engage in consultative selling to help clients meeting their advertising needs
3) Maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- To identify new sales strategies and approaches to achieve sales target
- Expand client based by identifying new categories to target
- Perform cold calling and/or networking to generate leads
- Proactively engage and involve in consultative selling to help clients meet their advertising needs
- To manage and service a set of blue-chip multinational clients and media specialists
- Build and continue business relationship to ensure high level of customer satisfaction by providing good after sales services and consistent customer care to all assigned customers
- Track & log customer details & report to your Manager daily.
- Report to GM and Sales Manager to achieve sales results
Qualities that we are looking for :
- Strong understanding on Sales Fundamentals (i.e. Sales Funnel)
- Result oriented, passionate and driven in achieving agreed-upon business targets and outcomes
- Initiate and follow up the sales process from initial contact phase till closure.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to build good working relationships
- Strong convincing power to convince clients to make decision
- Resilient, able to work under pressure
- Possess a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Min.1 Year in Sales environment with proven results
- Strong command and proficient in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong presentation skills
- Must possess own transportation
