Job Description

  • Responsible for invoicing & monitoring receivables.
  • Payment processing and monitoring payables.
  • Input of transactions into accounting system.
  • Responsible for internal purchasing activities.
  • Handle all general HR matters such as Payroll, Staff Claims, PCB, EPF, SOCSO, Leave and other related department standard.
  • Computation of SST and forms preparation.
  • Submission of weekly and monthly report in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and organized filing system.
  • To assist in administration task as required from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Minimum of TWO (2) years of working experience managing full set of accounts and has handled Auditors.
  • Candidate who possess relevant working experience in Media / Advertising (Finance Department) are encouraged to apply.
  •  Proficient in SQL accounting system, Microsoft Office, SST and general HR matters.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Both Written and verbal.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadline.
  • Ability to work independently with good problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, Responsible, Able to work in a Team.
