Job Description

• Work closely with Strategy Planner, Creative Team as well as Servicing Team to understand the client’s business objectives and formulate digital marketing strategies.
• Manage and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads, Bing, Facebook Ads, Google Market Platforms (GMP) & related programmatic platforms.
• Identify trends and insights, optimise spend and performance based on insights.
• Analysis campaigns using tools including but not limited to Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and to prepare various reports for internal/external parties.
• Monitor, assess and react to competitor strategies.
• Manage relationships and liaise with clients about their campaigns.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Advertising/Media, e-Commerce, Mass Communications, Marketing or relevant digital marketing certification such as Facebook Blueprint and Google Ads.
• At least 3 years and above of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Internet-savvy and comfortable working with numbers & charts.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, must have strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge in web design and HTML is an added advantage.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
