Job Scopes:

1. Conducting extensive and in-depth primary and secondary research to identify new market opportunities and consumer preferences to support campaign creations.

2. Setting specific marketing goals that align with the overall direction and business goals.

3. Developing and maintaining digital campaigns to increase web traffic

4. Tracking and measuring marketing outcomes including marketing activities, response, leads, sales, retention, and ROI

5. Forecasting market trends

6. Generating innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products

7. Developing business cases to support new marketing strategies, budget requests, projects, and marketing plans

8. Creating competitive reviews and situational analyses to identify insights, challenges and opportunities.

9. Using customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction

10. To ensure brand alignment to increase brand awareness and equity

11. Leading ideation, brainstorming sessions and collaborating with creative teams.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

1. Work experience as a Brand Strategist or similar role in Marketing

2. Experience developing marketing strategies based on market segmentation

3. Portfolio of brand-building projects is a plus

4. Experience leading client meetings

5. Excellent communication skill, both verbal and written,

6. Creative thinker with data-driven analytical aptitude

7. Strategic thinker with strong research skills and excellent presentation skills

8. Outstanding organizational and time management skills

9. Working experience: 1-2yrs+ OR high potential fresh graduate

10. Degree in Marketing or relevant field; preferably from Local Universities such as UM, USM, UKM, UPM & UTM with CGPA of 3.5 and above.
