Job Description

• Responsible for deployment or configuring network equipment like routers,switches,firewall,IDS/IPS.
• Responsible for client incident & request when necessary.  
• Provide administration, support, maintenance of network infrastructure in multiple network vendor environment such as Cisco, Cisco Meraki, HP, Dell, Fortigate, Mikrotik, Juniper, Aruba, Ruckus and etc. 
• Ensure business as usual for clients networks infrastructure & business operation.
• Work closely with project manager and senior team to deliver high level of customer satisfaction.
• Prioritize and resolve issues identified by customers and other teams in a timely manner.
• Updates customer on problem status/resolution in accordance with SLA
• Prepare necessary documentation for every deployment.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
• Good knowledge in Network, Server and Computer hardware devices. 
• Have Good knowledge in Cisco Router, Switches, Firewall or Fortigate Firewall will have advantages.
• Training will be provided
• Willingness to work on Shift or Standby basis are added advantage
