Sales Training Manager

About The Job

  • Supports the creation, development and updating of training materials.
  • Coordinates training courses and classes for a multi-functional and international sales community
  • Organizes and maintains content files, knowledge repository, and Learning Management System
  • Provides project management and coordination for training-related projects 
  • Manages vendor relationships, user accounts, and user access levels.
  • Gathers feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session.
  • Track instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPI’s
  • Supports training delivery team. 
  • Provides customer support to end-users of all training systems.
  • Coordinates, tracks and reports on analytics related to training activities.
  • Supports overall activities of the Training Department
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and 
  • Experience working in a Windows-based Operating System environment and with MS Office products
  • Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Work independently and as part of a highly-collaborative team, with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Design and order educational support material.
  • Maintain training and curriculum records.
  • Ability to proactively manage multiple projects to successful, on-time completion 
  • Ability to shift priorities based on the current business needs and to make progress on multiple, concurrent projects
  • Proficiency with WebEx or other virtual meeting platforms.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization.
  • Detailed and deadline-oriented; Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
Preferred Skills:
  • knowledge of eLearning software such as Articulate, Camtasia, Docebo, or other video and audio production software tools
