Job Description

• deliver front end service and support for Clarivate Patent Renewal service customers/ Trademark Maintenance service customers/ successfully manage the entire trademark renewals process for allocated customer portfolios. 

Job Requirements

1. Basic knowledge of patent lifecycle & renewals knowledge preferred 
2. 5 years experience in a trademark paralegal role is essential. 
3. Knowledge of trademark renewals requirements in international jurisdictions is desirable. 
4. Previous long-standing business-to-business customer facing experience and strong customer orientation 
5. Consistent, positive attitude and deep customer service orientation 
6. Interpersonal skills: capable of developing and maintaining positive customer and business relationships, and manage demanding customers 
7. Demonstrated attention to detail 
8. Ability to work well under pressure 
9. Basic analytical and problem-solving skills 
10. Strong and effective communication skills: able to communicate clearly and concisely 
11. Competent in MS Office 365, in particular Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Outlook etc. 
12. Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
13. Desire to remain in and grow an exciting career within a dynamic, innovative company
