Job Description

• Support monthly, quarterly and year-end closing activities and provide accurate reporting
• Month end activities include some accrual activities but mainly analysis of variances to plan and forecasts
• Assist in the annual, quarterly and monthly forecast 
• Provide analysis and financial modeling to support resource allocations and various KPI’s
• Support built up of business cases
• Provide back office support and escalations to global service organizations 
• Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed
• Sales support, when required, covers sales reporting, pipeline analysis and sales forecasting

Job Requirements

• Accounting or Finance experience required, especially in management reporting, financial analysis, financial modeling, planning, and forecasting preferred
• Work experience within a Sales organization preferred
• Detail orientated with strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Self motivated with the ability to work in a team structure
• Advanced use of Excel, Pivot Tables and Powerpoint
• Working knowledge of SAP required
• Ability to work in an environment with changing priorities and time pressures
