Job Description

• Developing and agreeing talent acquisition selection priorities and plans for the business areas/functions you are supporting, and the selection approaches to be used to achieve them, with the Talent Acquisition Lead to ensure expectations are clear. 
• Agreeing specific selection requisitions and requirements, and any local service level variations, with hiring managers to ensure expectations are clear. 
• Developing targeted candidate assessment and selection tools and materials to ensure hiring managers, and other people involved in the selection process, have the information and tools they need to effectively undertake their roles in the selection process. 
• Managing relationships with Talent Acquisition sourcing colleagues to ensure that the volume and quality of potential candidates are delivered in line with agreed requirements, plans and service levels. 
• Managing and supporting the selection process for each requisition, in line with agreed requirements, plans and service levels, to ensure the most appropriate candidate(s) are selected. 
• Taking personal responsibility for ensuring selection administration, and candidate communication, rejection, offer negotiation, on-boarding and orientation activities, take place effectively, even if delegated to Talent Acquisition colleagues or suppliers, to ensure service standards are achieved. 
• Working effectively and proactively with Talent Acquisition and HR colleagues to ensure effective HR operations 
• Proactively monitoring your own performance and developing the knowledge and skills needed to be effective in your role and on-going career within Clarivate. 

Job Requirements

1. University/Bachelor’s degree preferred and relevant experience 
2. 2 to 4 years in recruiting
